If you are able to help with flag placement tomorrow:

The National Cemetery flag placement starts at 8:30 am. I believe they have about 7,000 miniature flags to place.

The Fort NHS flag placement starts at 9 am.I believe they have about 4,000 miniature flags to place.

My understanding is that the flags will be placed unless there is lightning in the area or tornados.
