Charles Arthur “Russ” Lowry, age 65, resident of Ft. Scott, KS, died Thursday, July 1, 2021, at Ascension Via Christi Hospital, Pittsburg, KS.  There was cremation.  Graveside services will be announced at a later date by the Cheney Witt Chapel, 201 S. Main.
