The Fort Scott City Commission will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 10th, 7:00PM at City Hall.
The meeting is open to the public but is expected to recess in to an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing healthcare, pursuant to the attorney client privilege exception in K.S.A. 75-4319(b)(2) the financial affairs or trade secrets of corporations.
How do we know if we should attend? Should we be concerned because this special meeting item will, or does concern us personally due to healthcare concerns; ie, access to healthcare at the now empty hospital, or elsewhere in the area, etc?
