- Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing
- Monthly bank and credit card reconciliation
- General ledger maintenance
- Regulatory and compliance paperwork
- Vendor ordering and coordination
- Customer communication and support
Qualifications:
- Detail-oriented and organized with solid accounting knowledge
- Experience with QuickBooks and Excel preferred
- Sales experience a plus
