6:30 pm – Emergency Declaration Meeting; the location of the meeting is in the Emergency Preparedness building located at 221 S. Judson, Fort Scott, KS 66701 – the Commissioners will be present at the meeting by telephone.
Much like the official notification of this Special Meeting (which I received at 6:03pm 3/22/2020), this posting was received after the meeting time at 6:30pm. This should not be considered a “Public Meeting” and if this does not accelerate the need of a combined public access medium to participate in local government meetings, nothing will.
