Are patrons going to be required to pick up the feces from their pets while they are using the park? I personally feel our city should require pet owners to clean up after their pets when they are walking them. I get tired of poop being in my yard and then I or my visitors step in it. Will animals be allowed to run freely in the dark park and will pet owners be required to be inside with their animals? I can see some animals having conflicts with each other so how are those incidents to be prevented/controlled?
