I would like to express an opinion regarding the wind turbines that Bourbon County seems to want to impliment. I am completely against this endouver! They absolutely ruin the landscape, are harmful to birds and wildlife, and are unregulated. I don’t think it is fair to implement this on our county. It will do much harm and only benefit a small group of people. I regret that I was unable to make the meeting, but very much want to voice my opinion on this.
